Customer


Groupe Renault is a French multinational car manufacturer. Groupe Renault markets are based on five brands worldwide: Renault, Dacia, Renault Samsung motors, Alpine and Lada.


In Portugal, the group has a factory in Cacia, municipality of Aveiro. The Cacia factory has been producing parts and components for the automotive industry since September 1981.

Challenge


Groupe Renault wanted a solution to manage and improve the process of incident identification, tracking and resolution, as well as nonconformities detection and reporting in secure areas of the factory.
