Lisbon is the capital and the largest city of Portugal, this city located on the 7 hills has more than 500,000 inhabitants. With an area of about 100 km² and by the Tejo river, Lisbon has 24 councils.


Lisbon has increasingly focused on growth and innovation. This strategy has positioned Lisbon on the international stage of attraction and retention of investment, companies, and talents.

Challenge



Lisbon City Council wanted a solution to manage and share information about traffic closures in the city, with a more intelligent vision, thus updating the old method of providing information based on listings that were contained on the website and were difficult to access by the citizens.
